Return Policy
A purchase with us is never final. You can return any purchase within 7 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. We must receive your return within 7 days after the date you received your items.

There are a few exceptions to the return policy:
1) All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned and no replacement is needed, the shipping will not be refunded.
2) If you wish to exchange an item in general that is not damaged or was not incorrectly shipped, then your item will be exchanged but shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
3) NO opened DVD's or open KEM cards can be returned. There are no exceptions. If you do return them, and they are opened, you will not be refunded. We can not resell opened DVD's, or KEM cards.

If you want a replacement for a damaged item or wrong item shipped, please let us know. ALL items MUST be inspected prior to accepting a package. The shipper (UPS, Fedex) must be notifed of any damage if you would like a replacement sent to you.
If you want a refund and do not want a replacement, please inform us if this also.
Your full purchase price will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund. There are a few exceptions as seen above. (less Shipping and Handling). PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS for credits to be issued.
When returning the product, please use a traceable package delivery. (i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation).

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping to and from, plus restock, is also charged for undeliverable or refused packages. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.

Please Note: Leather goods are only eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. Any requests that come through after that may be decined.

**Please note: any additional fees from UPS (ie refused packages, returns without an RMA, undeliverable packages, etc) will be deducted from the refund to our member.

You must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Delta. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

We will not accept any returned
merchandise without a valid RA# .

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 10 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

1) examine product when it arrives (look at box etc). If box is damaged, file report with shipping company.
2)If product is damaged, contact us immediately at sales@swords4u.com .
3) we will issue a return authorization number if need be.
4) we will supply you a ship to address
5) return item to address provided, ONLY with trackable shipping company.
6) email us the tracking number along with your cutomer/purchase number
